ABOUT
inpictures are a nostalgia-soaked alternative duo from Leeds, UK, founded by best mates Andy Doonan and Dom Bennison, who grew up playing music together from their mid-teens. Songs inspired by Films, books, and life events explore a rollercoaster of change, impermanence and letting go.
Influences from The 1975’s ambient guitars and synths, to Phoebe Bridgers’ dreamlike vocals can be heard throughout their songs. Andy and Dom have played in many bands together, supporting artists such as Toploader, The Staves, and Lucy Spraggan. They have had one of their tracks recorded by David Bowie’s producer Ken Scott, and several song placements in TV and radio.
inpictures have released 6 singles to date, produced at The Nave in Leeds by Andy Hawkins (The Pigeon Detectives, Kaiser Chiefs).
